There are many small creative companies and beginning creative people such as graphic designers, graphic designers, industrial designers, etc. in the Netherlands. Because these are a large group of starters, they (often) have a budget that is not too large. Many of them work from home or in their own studio. Entrepreneurs have customers that they must meet regularly and / or show work. However, there is not always a location where they can receive customers in a representative, inspiring but also affordable environment.

 

That is why the building of the old reservoir offers a central location. A place that is easy to rent and where flexibility is important. These spaces can be rented in different terms and leave a homely atmosphere and impression. That a place is created in the Netherlands where creativity is guaranteed and where future ideas are defined! "

 

'' As a concept we put down a BREAKTHROUGH design! This concept is about flexible renting of spaces for young creative entrepreneurs. We break with the standard. We reject the standard standards of an office and we come up with new standards. In combination with art, we create a place where a new form of art gallery can be found together in a space with the creative breeding grounds. Contrast is key. Sound, Color and Material are used for this. "

 

'' The standard in an art studio is a space, often white, where art is presented on walls. This changes every day. Yet you often see this coming back. We want to process the history of the building and the new use into art. Let the building be an inspiring space. Why do you have to get inspiration from outside? This is of course possible, but we also believe that unutilized inspiration that comes from the creative people themselves is important. Create your own inspiration! "
